What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges range in a large way because of the variety of product we sell.  When you make an online purchase we will be happy to ship it for you.  After you make the purchase online, we send you pictures of the product you are purchasing (the exact piece) then we package it for you and get you a shipping estimate.  You can opt out of the purchase for a FULL REFUND as long as that is done before we ship the product.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment methods are all done with our PayPal account, no you dont have to have PayPal.  You can use your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

How long will delivery take?

That is a tough question to answer because we don’t want to tell something untrue.  We will ship it the same or next day shipping cost are paid for.  How long the carrier take to get it delivered varies to the product purchased.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes that is why we use an outside payment processor PayPal, to keep you secure!

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will send you exact pictures of what you have ordered.  You need to approve those pictures please as soon as possible then we start the packaging process for you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will actually get a copy emailed to you just after you place your order.  After the shipping is calculated and approved we will then send you a invoice for the shipping costs.
